Bulawayo– The City of Kings and Queens will definitely be the place to kick start the much awaited festive season this weekend as a number of shows are lined up for Saturday. Different musical tastes will be the cursors that navigate where the jovial people will be celebrating.

Urban grooves artist, Ex Q, will be headlining the annual All-Star Party that will be held at Club Venus in Burnside.

Mr Putiti, as Ex Q is known in the musical circles, will share the stage with Military Touch Movement stablemate – DJ Tamuka, Asaph, DJ Liz, DJ Tick Tock, Murphy Cubic and Dj Dazzle.

This is the fifth edition of the event, an offspring of a birthday party that had an all-star theme.

At the Vista Night Club, revelers will dance all night with the renowned Dance hall artist Killer T taking center stage at the event.

Killer T will perform next to one of the city’s very own Mzoe 7 and Dj  Fydale.

With the Vista being a joint that is popular among the youth, Killer T is the perfect choice of the night, as he sings dance-hall, a music genre that has taken a lot of youths by storm.

This will be the second time he returns to the city after performing at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) this September in a well-attended show.

Just a stone throw away, at the Large City Hall, Thomas Mapfumo will be performing at the large city hall,

Mukanya, will be without a doubt targeting the mature age group, some who came face to face with the bullet during the Chimurenga war of liberation.

He will share the stage with one of the iconic jazz legends, Jeyz Marabini, who resides in the city.
